After I click the ellipsis and collapse it, the .xls link does not get highlighted on hovering and neither can I click it.

Philips Security Fundamental Updates 2022 | Screen 10 | Still a little buggy. After I click the ellipsis and collapse it, the .xls link does not get highlighted on hovering and neither can I click it. I am just left with the option of going back to the ellipsis and selecting an option from there.
